CTAHR is offering a FSMA Produce Safety Rule training online Tuesday-Thursday, March 8-10, from 4-7pm each evening.
This is a required training for non-exempt farmers to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), but also a great training for anyone wanting to minimize food risk for the produce they sell to the public.
