The Hawai’i Department of Agriculture Plant Industry Division is accepting applications for the Compost Reimbursement Program for Fiscal Year 2024. This program reimburses up to 50% of the cost of compost purchases (including transportation) made between July 1, 2023 to May 1, 2024. The total funding for this program is $450,000 and applications will be processed as funds remain available. Agricultural and landscaping operations are strongly urged to apply.
