The City and County of Honolulu’s Office of Economic Revitalization included a list of grants in their latest Small Business Update. This list of grants was put together by the organization Ladies Who Launch. The grants focus on women-owned small businesses.
From OER’s Small Business Update:
- The Passion Collective will award four $1,500 grants to applicants who are looking for support in bringing their passion to life. Apply by December 15.
- The Sephora Beauty Grant awards one Black business owner within the beauty industry a $100,000 grant to unlock the next level of growth and potential for their brand. Apply by December 18.
- Small businesses can unlock the application for a $10,000 grant by registering on the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready portal and completing at least two of the following, in any combination: courses, coaching, or community events. Apply by December 20.
- EmpowHer grants support women who need up to $25,000 in early-stage business capital, a network of business advisors, or both. Apply by December 31.
- The HerRise MicroGrant provides $1,000 each to Women of Color creating innovative solutions that impact their community and that are often unable to secure funding for their small business. Apply by December 31.
- Restaurant Disaster Relief Fund from DoorDash & Hello Alice helps restaurants impacted by natural disasters like fires, floods, and hurricanes, and provides relief through $10,000 grants. Apply by December 31.
- Fashion and interior design businesses can apply for the monthly $10,000 Amber Grant. There is a $15 application fee. Apply by December 31.
