The State of Hawaii’s Rent Relief and Housing Assistance Program provides assistance to renters who have experienced a reduction in income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are at risk of eviction. The program provides monthly rental assistance of up to $1500 per month for eligible Kauai households for rental payments from August 1st until December 28th, 2020.
