Enrollment is now open for the Farm Service Agency 2021 Reimbursement Transportation Cost Payment Program (RTCP), and the deadline to apply is September 03, 2021. You can find more info on the RCTP Fact Sheet.
To apply for the RTCP Program, you will need to be enrolled in the FSA system and file an application for benefits with the Kauai Farm Service Agency office. To do so, please contact Executive Director Robert Ishikawa at 241-9014 ext.104 or Robert.email@example.com.
Farmers who are new to the FSA system will need to complete a Customer Data Worksheet to begin the process of enrolling in their system, and are encouraged to contact the Kauai office as soon as possible to begin enrollment.
To expedite the RTCP application process, we’ve included a few forms that are required to apply for the RTCP program below: FSA-218, CCC-941, RTCP Receipt Log Sheets for 1. Actual shipping expenses, and 2. All other production expenses.
The RTCP Program is based on your fiscal year 2021 farm expenses. Since the fiscal year ends on September 30th, FSA will be in touch with reminders later in the year regarding the expense documentation. The deadline to submit your eligible expenses documentation for the RTCP program is November 1, 2021.”
