A three-day virtual training will be held May 9-11th from 4-7pm via Zoom. All farmers interested in learning about produce safety, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule and Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) are strongly encouraged to register. This training satisfies the FSMA Produce Safety Rule requirement for covered farms that “at least one supervisor or responsible party” completes “[adequate] food safety training” by FDA (21 C.F.R. §112.22(c)).
