Governor Ige approves Mayor Kawakami’s rules on inter-island travel and ‘resort bubbles’
Gov. Ige signed Mayor Kawakami’s Amended Emergency Rule 23, allowing inter-island travelers
who have been in the State of Hawai‘i for more than three days to participate in the Safe Travels PreTravel Testing Program for quarantine exemptions effective January 5, 2021.
