The Wayfinders program is designed to support Hawai‘i’s clean energy goals by addressing energy inequities in underserved communities across the state and helping residents participate in the clean energy transition in ways that work for them.

Clean Energy Wayfinders receive on-the-job training to help their communities navigate various energy conversations, financial and technical assistance programs, and energy planning and decision-making processes.
